His professional path started during his university years and has passed through various roles and environments – from service companies working on diverse projects to product teams building large-scale software solutions.

Angel emphasizes practical learning, teamwork, and communication as key factors for successful career development. He believes that university provides a solid foundation, but real skills are built through people, projects, and environment.

He is an active member in the professional community at Progress Software and the initiator of Leadership Talks – an internal company initiative aimed at sharing real experience, developing leadership skills, and leading by example.
