Dr. Michael T. Stratton is a Professor of Management at the American University in Bulgaria, where his teaching and research focus on workplace behavior, organizational politics, and leadership development.
Previously, he served as Dean and Professor at Georgia College & State University and Department Chair at UNC Asheville.
A former President and current Fellow of the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS), Dr. Stratton holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the University at Albany, SUNY.
