"Entrepreneur's Day" is a monthly live business event featuring the most successful Bulgarian entrepreneurs who share their invaluable experience. Besides the questions prepared in advance, attendees can ask their own questions.

In January, meet Victor Francess, internet entrepreneur and activist.

When Victor founded Orbitel in 1997, he didn't just create a telecommunications company – he changed the rules of the game in Bulgaria. At a time when the market was just emerging, Orbitel became a symbol of quality, dynamism, and innovation. It attracted investments from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – one of the first strategic partnerships of this kind in Bulgaria – and reached a historic deal: acquisition by Deutsche Telekom Group in 2006.

Victor did not stop there. In 2015, he turned his vision to Asia, co-founding Excitel Broadband – a company now connecting over 1 million households in more than 30 cities in India. As a board member and executive director of the holding company in the Netherlands, Victor drives the strategy, partnerships, and sustainable development of the company.

Outside business, he is a father of four, a pianist at heart, and a passionate mountain cyclist. Since 2001, he has followed the spiritual tradition of Bhakti Yoga, which provides him with inner discipline and balance to combine entrepreneurship, family, and social causes. Through the Kalpataru Foundation, Victor dedicates time and energy to culture, spirituality, and knowledge – believing that business is not only profit but also a responsibility to leave a legacy.

Victor Francess is a man who builds companies, inspires communities, and transforms entire industries. His story is an example of how vision, courage, and discipline can turn an idea into international success.
