Georgi Angelov is a designer with over 21 years of experience in UI/UX, specializing in creating, developing, and implementing design systems for large and small organizations.
For the past three years, he has been the lead designer of the World Bank’s design system. Georgi develops comprehensive component structures, semantic color systems, typographic standards, and advanced onboarding processes. His work significantly shortens design realization and development, improves collaboration between design and engineering, and provides a unified visual and functional foundation for products on a global scale.
He combines strategic thinking, deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and a strong focus on design operations to create systems that are easy to maintain, sustainable, and scalable.
